- As a contractor of our People Financial Services organization within Global Financial Services, you'll report to the Human Capital Management (HCM) Payroll Senior Manager, supporting the implementation of the innovative enterprise Human Capital Management system, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central & Employee Central Payroll.
- Develop and maintain change-management plans, impact assessments, and adoption metrics.
- Coordinate communication cadence (announcements, FAQs, newsletters) with Human Resources (HR), Finance, Information Technology (IT), and Global People Services.
- Design end-to-end training curricula (in-person, virtual, e-learning) for new processes and system functionality.
- Deliver 'train-the-trainer' sessions and serve as an instructor for new payroll process roll-outs.
- Capture learner feedback, track completion rates, and refine content to maximize adoption and effectiveness.
- Author, version-control, and maintain functional specs, process maps, and desk guides.
- Maintain a centralized, searchable repository (SharePoint, Confluence) that is always up-to-date and compliant with LMPI policies.
- Track change-request status, training effectiveness, and issue logs to produce weekly dashboards for leadership.
- Support the HRT/HCM Organizational Change Management team to align with the Project Management Office (PMO) vision and strategy.
- Act as a primary liaison for stakeholders, SMEs, and the operations team on change-impact and training questions.
- Facilitate workshops to capture requirements, identify resistance, and define mitigation strategies.
- Analyze adoption and training data to recommend process enhancements.
- Capture lessons learned and embed them into the organization's change-management framework.

Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Resources or Communications or Information Systems.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in designing and executing change management plans for large-scale technology or HR/Finance transformations.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in tracking adoption metrics, training KPIs, and presenting data-driven insights.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SharePoint, Confluence, or similar knowledge-management platforms.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Ability to design, deliver, and measure training programs for adult learners (classroom, virtual, or e-learning).
- Excellent written and verbal skills, capable of tailoring messages for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies, good organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams.
- PROSCI, ACMP, or other change-management certification.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions.
- Prior work in a regulated industry (defense, aerospace, government contracting)
