Your Day-to-Day

Responsibilities:



  • Greet visitors with a warm, professional welcome and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Answer and route incoming calls and emails promptly and courteously.
  • Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area.

    Schedule appointments and manage meeting room calendars.
  • Receive and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, and document handling.
  • Assist with ordering office supplies and monitoring inventory levels.
  • Support company events and meetings by preparing materials and coordinating logistics.
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members and departments to support daily office operations.


Requirements:



  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
  • Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment (copiers, printers, etc.).
  • Team player with a can-do attitude and willingness to help where needed.
