The Blueprint (Role Profile)

If so, apply to join Apex Tool Group's Supply Chain & Operations Leadership Development Program! This 2-year rotational program is designed to develop future leaders through hands-on experience, mentorship, and meaningful stretch assignments. Your first year will be based in Jonesboro, AR, rotating through Quality Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering within our Truck Box and Large Construction Site Box Manufacturing operations. This gives you a strong technical foundation and exposure to core operational processes. In your second year, you'll rotate to one of our other ATG locations to further expand your engineering experience and leadership skills. Throughout the program, participants gain an in-depth understanding of ATG's products, markets, operations, and customers-preparing you for long-term growth and leadership opportunities within the organization. Program Structure While in the two-year program, participants will move through four roles in at least two locations. Our goal is to provide participants with an opportunity to gain an in-depth understanding of the day-to-day operations of the position, work on projects that are value add, and develop relationships with peers and leadership at the site.
