As part of a hardworking, passionate, and accomplished team of experts, you will be responsible for leading a team of Product and Site Integrations supporting the Manufacturing Operations team for Lunar Permanence in Merritt Island, FL. This includes building and leading a skilled, interdisciplinary team, responsible for planning and execution of a variety of project supporting Lunar Permanence Manufacturing sites, New Product Introduction for each of our vehicles (MK1/MK2/Transporter/Core Components), the execution of the business rhythm and reporting to integrate with the broader Blue Operations Team and with the Lunar Permanence Program. This is a hands-on position that requires the ability .to communicate the vision, strategy and tactical application of cost-effective strategies and key deliverables. This role will have the opportunity to build and scale a diverse team that will support all of our manufacturing operations leaders to achieve the mission of Lunar Transporter and deliver for our external customers. You will report directly to the Vice President of Lunar Manufacturing Operations at Blue's Lunar Plant 1 facility. This position will directly impact the history of space exploration and will require your dedicated commitment and detailed attention towards safe and repeatable spaceflight. We are looking for someone to apply their leadership skills, technical expertise, and commitment to safety and quality to positively impact safe human spaceflight.
