POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is primarily responsible for supporting the Vendor Life Cycle for the Operating Companies in the US and Canada, as well as provide representation for the US and Canada to the global Vendor Master Data team. This position will function as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for advice, guidance and the rapid response to requests from business users and offshore teams and will provide decision support to management to develop, track, and evaluate process effectiveness. This position will partner with the global Center of Scale (CoS) to ensure vendor requests are processed accurately and timely based on the agreed upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Analyze and make recommendations to the CoS for vendor request resolution through validation of data standards, documents, and requirements; escalate and communicate with vendor contacts to obtain validation for critical data changes as needed

* Monitor performance of CoS against vendor master SLA requirements, and escalate as appropriate

* Evaluate vendor management system to ensure open or aged requests are properly closed out

* Analyze escalated CoS requests and provide guidance to the CoS team, including parked invoices from Accounts Payable

* Lead and oversee projects related to data cleansing, including routine deactivations of vendors, or as part of Acquisition / Divestiture / Carve-Out activities for other types of mass data changes

* Serve as SME for CoS, business users, and other stakeholders with inquiries, questions, and issue resolution including performance of training for stakeholders

* Complete analysis of service tickets to determine resolution, and provide resolution to stakeholders

* Compile monthly reports to help monitor KPIs and compliance requirements, supporting stakeholders as needed

* Participate in continuous improvement activities using Nestle Continuous Excellence methodology, partnering with global CoS team as necessary

* Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

* Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or Supply Chain related fields.

* Minimum 3 years experience in SAP, or other ERP system, master data, purchasing, accounts payable, or data analytics preferred

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office required; advanced Excel skills strongly preferred

* Experience with designing/implementing Microsoft Power Platform (PowerBI, PowerApps, etc), Automation Anywhere, DocuSign for data and automation solutions

SKILLS:

* Knowledge of data management best practices

* Proficiency in data entry and analysis, with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency

* Continuous improvement mindset and ability to execute initiates to drive process improvements

* Able to maintain a large volume of detailed reports and data

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Strong customer service and communication skills, including written and verbal communication

* Able to work in cross-functional teams as well as independently
