Description and Requirements

We are seeking a highly driven Senior Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives across monetization, software experience, and cross-functional program execution. This role is responsible for delivering operational excellence, aligning program outcomes with business objectives, and strengthening product delivery through scalable, strategic process improvements. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and brings deep experience across technology, product, and business operations.

Responsibilities

Feature Monetization & Moto Things Execution

  • Lead program planning and execution for non-smartphone monetization strategies, including Moto Things initiatives.
  • Drive cross-team alignment (product, business, marketing) to enable timely, profitable delivery.
Strategic UX & Software Feature Delivery
  • Oversee end-to-end execution of software experience programs and key product differentiators.
  • Partner closely with UX, engineering, and product teams to ensure strategic features are prioritized and executed effectively.
Unified Product Delivery Oversight
  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive end-to-end view of product delivery.
  • Identify and leverage platform synergies and standardization opportunities to elevate execution quality and speed.
Process Optimization & Cost Efficiency
  • Identify, design, and implement critical process and workflow improvements.
  • Drive measurable increases in operational efficiency and cost savings across teams and project lifecycles.
Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Facilitate seamless collaboration across product, engineering, finance, marketing, and executive teams.
  • Support exploration and operationalization of new business opportunities through strong stakeholder alignment.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 7+ years of program/project management experience, ideally in technology or consumer electronics.
  • Proficiency with data analytics tools such as Microsoft Power BI and Google Looker Studio.
  • Experience in change management, budget/cost tracking, and business case development.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven success leading cross-functional teams and managing complex, high-visibility programs.
  • Experience with process optimization methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Asana).
  • Collaborative team player with a track record of embracing new challenges.
  • PMP certification is a plus.

The base salary budgeted range for this position is $155k - 175K. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission.
