Pay: $100000 - $120000 / year + annual target bonus

Location: Richardson or Austin, TX | Cisco campus

Travel: monthly to Richardson or Austin, TX

What this job involves:

Seeking a Senior Facilities Manager (SFM)to join our team in the Texas market, supporting sites in Richardson/Allen, TX and Austin, TX. The role is responsible for managing day-to-day operations for office and lab spaces for a technology client. The position will be responsible for all client relationships, supplier services execution and financial performance. The position will also manage a team of Facility Management professionals and event support.

What you day-to-day will look like:

  • Relationship Management - Manage assigned staff performance and maintain supplier interfaces ensuring contract compliance, accurate reporting, and resolution of occupant relations issues
  • Budget Management - Prepare and manage facility budgets aligned with client objectives while controlling monthly/quarterly/annual expenses within approved limits and implementing cost-reduction initiatives
  • Team Development - Lead overall team management including staff development, succession planning, compensation planning, and building actionable career development plans for all direct reports
  • Service Delivery - Achieve contracted KPIs and SLAs while ensuring work orders and projects are delivered on time and on budget, leveraging appropriate JLL resources
  • Compliance Management - Provide facility services according to standard processes and ensure compliance with portfolio-wide initiatives and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations
  • Financial Oversight - Provide detailed explanations and implement recovery processes for all budget variances while actively pursuing cost-reducing opportunities
  • Performance Accountability - Maintain consistent progress conversations with direct reports and execute measurable development plans to drive individual and team growth

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in facilities management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

  • Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven track record in client relationship management and service delivery.

  • Experience with facilities management/CMMS software. (Corrigo Experience a plus)

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in facilities management.

  • Ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field.
