POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to the Manager of Financial Planning, the Senior Financial Analyst, Financial Planning will play a pivotal role in driving the financial planning, budgeting, and analysis efforts for BMC's newly created Physician Organization. This position will be responsible for delivering data integrity and data-driven insights to facilitate informed decision-making and safeguard overall financial well-being of the organization. Compensation Range: $72,500.00- $105,000.00This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, skills, and certifications/licensures as they directly relate to position requirements; as well as business/organizational needs, internal equity, and market-competitiveness.
