Must-Have Skills:
High-speed I/O circuit design and circuit-level simulations
Signal Integrity (SI) & Power Integrity (PI)
Bump, RDL, package, and power/grid layout creation

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop high-speed I/O circuits for advanced process nodes
Perform system and circuit-level simulations to optimize I/O performance
Collaborate with SIPI, Package, and Analog teams for SI/PI and interposer analysis
Conduct system-level modeling of IO interfaces for performance assessment

Qualifications:
BSEE/MSEE or equivalent experience
5+ years in physical design or automated layout creation
Experience with high-speed analog/mixed-signal I/O circuits and s-parameter modeling
Strong knowledge of DDR/LPDDR interface architectures
Proficient with Spectre, HSPICE, HFSS
Solid SI/PI background
Familiarity with MATLAB or Python for modeling/automation
EDA scripting skills (Tcl, Perl, Python)
