BID/JOB ANNOUNCEMENT This position is open to the public and all current City employees covered under the City's collective bargaining agreement with AMERICAN FEDERATION OF STATE, COUNTY, AND MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES (AFSCME) - BARGAINING UNIT 1, 3, 4 & 5. Only employees in City job titles in this bargaining unit are eligible to bid. This role is responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of a wide range of software applications, databases, and system integrations that support departmental operations and strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. ESSENTIAL DUTIES

* Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology/Systems, or a directly related field, plus two (2) years of experience in the design and development of computerized systems SELECTION REQUIREMENTS APPLICATION EVALUATION: Initial evaluation will be based on information provided on the application and the documents submitted.
