Senior Claims Attorney - Financial Services Group (FSG)

As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting Financial Services Group (FSG).

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Chicago, IL; New York, NY; Denver, CO; Los Angeles, CA; or San Francisco, CA office.

What the day will look like

The FSG Claims Attorney will support FSG client clients, FSG brokers, and account executives with respect to claims advocacy, coverage negotiation, and general client service with respect to all FSG clients and coverages including D&O, EPL, Fiduciary, Crime, Special Crime and select E&O lines.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

Required Experience:

  • Significant experience at an insurance broker supporting advocacy for commercial clients across management and professional liability insurance.
  • The position is East Coast based, some travel and office days required.
  • Candidate must have ten plus years of management and professional liability claims advocacy

Education:

  • Law degree required.

Pay Transparency Laws:

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $225,000 - $275,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.

The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
