Intake Nurse (RN or LPN)

FlexStaff is seeking an experienced Intake Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our client's team, a leader in home health care. This position is full-time, direct-hire, located onsite in Brooklyn.

  • LPN: $41.68/hourly
  • RN: 100k/annually
  
  

The Intake Nurse takes referrals and processes appropriate home care services.

Requirements:

• * Current NYS RN or LPN License
• * CHHA experience
• * Computer literacy; experience with Home Care Home Base required
• * Excellent communication skills
• * Highly organized, possess a strong attention to detail
