Hours & Pay

• Pay Rate: $20.00/hr with the potential to earn up to $23.50/hr based on qualifying performance metrics (attendance, safety, efficiency)
• Shift: Monday-Wednesday | 7:00 AM start | 10-12-hour shifts depending on route volume
• Employment Type: Long Term

What You'll Do

• Operate a company-provided cargo or Sprinter van to deliver pre-packaged grocery boxes
• Safely transport and handle perishable food items up to 50 lbs
• Complete 80-120 stops per route within a 100-mile radius
• Maintain delivery logs and handheld records (FarEye)
• Verify shipment details match manifest documents
• Communicate any food safety, quality, or delivery issues to the Logistics Supervisor
• Perform pre- and post-shift vehicle inspections
• Ensure secure, damage-free loading and unloading
• Follow all traffic laws and drive based on weather and road conditions
• Manage delivery access challenges and complete the required delivery photos
• Interact professionally with customers, representing the brand with excellent service
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment

What You'll Bring

• At least 25 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• 6+ months of delivery driving experience using a company vehicle (Sprinter Van, Cargo Van, Box Truck, etc.)
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work flexible hours, overtime, weekends, and holidays
• Strong time-management, customer service, and navigation skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including driving, lifting, walking, kneeling, bending, and climbing in/out of a vehicle for the entire shift
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
