Job SummaryThe Director Artificial Intelligence (AI) Product Development is a strategic leader responsible for defining and driving the product vision, strategy, and execution for AI-native solutions across the Surescripts enterprise. Operating within the Silicon Valley Product Group product operating model, this role partners closely with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and design to ensure that AI investments deliver measurable value, align with customer needs, and support the company's long-term innovation goals. This leader will champion a customer-centric, outcomes-driven approach to product development, guiding empowered teams through product discovery, planning, development, launch, and performance optimization. The Director will ensure that every AI product investment answers the critical "So What?" clarifying the problems being solved, the stakeholders impacted, and the measurable outcomes achieved. The incumbent will lead the development of Surescripts' AI product portfolio, working backwards from desired outcomes to define capabilities, prioritize features, and guide technical trade-offs. This role requires deep expertise in product strategy, AI technologies, and healthcare operations, along with a strong commitment to responsible innovation and continuous improvement Responsibilities

At Surescripts, base pay is one part of our Total Rewards Package (which may also include bonus, benefits etc.) and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this position is $230,600 - $281,800 per year. Your base pay may vary within or outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including (but not limited to) your qualifications, skills, experience, and location.Benefits include, but are not limited to, comprehensive healthcare (including infertility coverage), generous paid time off including paid childbirth and parental leave and mental health days, pet insurance, and 401(k) with company match and immediate vesting.
