Job Summary

Coordinate planning, student services, and support programs through recruitment, retention, orientation, career exploration, and sociocultural adjustment to the college environment for students participating in the DASH: Degrees in Applied Science in High School program. Focus on workready certificates, applied science degrees, and dual credit pathways that lead to careers directly after high school, transition to TCC application programs, and completed TCC Workready degrees that transfer.
This is a grant funded position.

Essential Duties
-
Prepare DASH: Degrees in Applied Science in High School pathways and opportunities in alignment with Dual Credit Programs.
Coordinate DASH: Degrees in Applied Science in High School Pathways in alignment with Dual Credit Programs including distribution of interest surveys to high school partners, district, student/parent recruitment, student application and enrollment management.
Monitor student progress through DASH: Degrees in Applied Science in High School courses, certificates, and degrees and provide academic and social/emotional wrap-around support as needed.
Collaborate with members of the Dual Credit Programs Department to standardize DASH: Degrees in Applied Science in High School processes, procedures, and partner materials.
Assist in planning and coordinating dual credit student support services and programs collaboratively with Dual Credit Coordinators and TCC departments including academic departments and student support departments.
Assist in planning and coordinating dual credit student Compass, parent nights, and college bridge events.
Promote access to higher education through DASH: Degrees in Applied Science in High School Pathways and dual credit in student recruitment and retention with direct high school services, activities, and programs.
Coordinate textbooks and required instructional materials, equipment, and certification exams for courses with faculty liaisons and dual credit partners.

Minimum Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree business, education, leadership, math, IT, aviation, or health-related fields.
3 years' experience in education, career tech, administration, or industry experience equivalency.
Verbal and written communication skills including presenting.
Experience in higher education or career-technical education or healthcare.
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
Ability to drive to multiple campuses, embedding at high schools, and external partner locations in Tulsa County.

Ability to translate Spanish.
Ability to travel out of state for professional development.
Certification in any workforce education majors.
