Job Description: Genesis10 is currently seeking an Implementation Business Analyst with our client in the healthcare industry. This is an 8-month contract position. This role is fully remote. Compensation: $50-53 per hour W2, depending on skill and experience level. Job Description Need a BA to support their FFS Medicaid client implementations. They will float between clients, supporting the implementation project managers. Business Analyst x 1 Key Responsibilities of the Business analyst are: FFS Medicaid experience highly recommended. Data Analysis: Perform data-driven evaluations of processes, identify requirements, and manage the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM). Provide actionable insights and reports to executives and stakeholders. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business units to gather and validate detailed requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment across all teams. Process Improvement: Assess current workflows, identify gaps, and recommend strategic improvements to enhance efficiency and quality. Design solutions that meet business objectives. Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, RTM, and process models to illustrate current and future states. Implementation Support: Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to implement solutions, participate in testing, and validate new systems and processes. Communication: Deliver clear and concise updates, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership, ensuring transparency and understanding. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field (MBA or CBAP certification preferred). Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration across teams. Project Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and ensure accountability for deliverables.
