Senior Financial Analyst - GTM

We're looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Go-To-Market (GTM) FP&A team. In this role, you'll combine strong analytical skills and business acumen to support strategic decision-making across Procore's global Sales, Services, Success, and Marketing organizations. The primary goal of this role is to drive financial visibility, ensure data accuracy, and identify key trends that enable our GTM leaders to make informed, impactful decisions.

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you'll partner with the CFO and GTM teams to deliver insights that improve sales efficiency and optimize investment. Use your advanced modeling and analytical skills to guide strategy and resource allocation while driving process improvements. This position reports into the Senior Manager of GTM FP&A and can work remotely. We're looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you'll do:

  • Build, perform, and communicate complex financial analyses to guide GTM strategy and resource allocation across our Sales GMs, Customer, and Services organizations.

  • Partner with Corporate Strategy and Revenue Operations to evaluate ROI on GTM initiatives, including sales productivity, capacity, pipeline health, and cohort performance.

  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes for the CRO organization, delivering insights that improve sales efficiency and optimize investment.

  • Own month and quarter-end close activities, including headcount reconciliation, accrual validation, and variance analysis, ensuring financial accuracy and timeliness.

  • Analyze budget-to-actual variances, highlight key trends, and deliver actionable recommendations to GTM and Finance leadership.

  • Develop financial dashboards and executive-level reports to effectively communicate GTM spend, performance, and key strategic insights.

  • Manage expense forecasting in Pigment, serving as the primary GTM Finance subject matter expert for the platform.

  • Identify and drive automation and process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy, data integrity, and decision velocity

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in FP&A, public accounting, investment banking or private equity

  • Experience supporting GTM organizations in a public company and/or B2B SaaS environment preferred

  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; proficiency with PowerPoint and business analytics tools

  • Financial modeling skills and experience with large, multi-variable planning tools such as Pigment, Anaplan and Adaptive

  • Proven ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders

  • Attention to detail and ability to consistently generate a high quality work product

  • Hungry, yet humble, remaining passionate for delivering results in a fast-paced, data-driven environment

Base Pay Range:

90,400.00 - 124,300.00 USD Annual For Los Angeles County (unincorporated) Candidates:
