Job Details
The Public Safety Corporal assists in ensuring the safety and security of patients, staff, and visitors. This role involves responding to incidents and supporting the implementation of safety protocols and emergency procedures. The Public Safety Corporal plays a key role in maintaining a secure environment and acts as a liaison between security staff and the Sergeant. Hours: Full Time, 40 Hours Per Week, Weekend Work Required Schedule: Saturday and Sunday 6:00AM to 6:30PM and Thursday and Friday 6:00AM to 2:30PM Location: St. Petersburg, FL ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform all functions.
QUALIFICATIONS Education:
Work Experience: * Minimum of 3 years of experience in security or law enforcement, preferably in a healthcare setting. Previous supervisory experience is a plus. Salary Range: Minimum 18.74/hour - Maximum 29.99/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
