Job Summary:

The Exam Proctor is responsible for ensuring the integrity and fairness of examinations by monitoring students during exams, distributing materials, and maintaining a conducive testing environment. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to maintain a professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise test-takers to ensure compliance with exam rules and policies.
  • Verify student identities and distribute test materials.
  • Enforce testing regulations, including time limits and prohibited items.
  • Assist students with approved testing accommodations as needed.
  • Maintain a quiet and orderly testing environment.
  • Follow all institutional policies and procedures related to exam administration.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
  • Prior experience in education, testing, or administrative roles is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to enforce rules consistently.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
