  • Support executive engagement with key government clients and partners, maintaining a deep understanding of client missions and contract deliverables.

  • Ensure strategic initiatives align with regulatory, security, and compliance requirements relevant to government contracting.

What we are seeking:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Public Policy, or a related field (Master's preferred).

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in business operations, strategy, or executive leadership - ideally within the technology, defense, or government contracting sector.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

  • Strong understanding of the federal contracting landscape (e.g., FAR, DFARS, or similar frameworks).

  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
