This role serves as a key gatekeeper for accurate demographic information by verifying and validating details provided by patients at the time of service. The Registrar ensures that medical record numbers are not duplicated, supporting patient safety and data integrity. Additionally, this position delivers exceptional customer service while interacting with physicians, hospital departments, patients, and their families. Qualifications:
