Genesis10 is seeking an AI Architect for a 1-year contract role with our healthcare client. This position is 100% Remote
Compensation: $74.00 - $84.00/hr W2 or $88.00 - $98.00/hr C2C Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on AI Architect to lead the design and implementation of intelligent automation solutions that combine agentic AI capabilities with Robotic Process Automation (RPA). This role is ideal for a self-driven technologist who thrives in fast-paced environments and can independently architect, develop, and deploy AI-powered automation workflows across diverse enterprise systems, including legacy platforms. Required Skills: * Proven experience designing and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments. * Strong hands-on expertise with agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar). * Proficiency in Python and experience with ML libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn. * Experience integrating AI systems with RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate). * Familiarity with legacy system integration (e.g., AS/400, mainframe systems) and modern APIs. * Strong understanding of data engineering concepts and experience with ETL pipelines. * Ability to work independently and take ownership of solution delivery from concept to deployment. * Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Desired Skills: * Experience with LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering. * Knowledge of enterprise architecture and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP). * Background in healthcare, finance, or other regulated industries is a plus. * Familiarity with secure data handling and compliance standards.
