As the Enablement Data & Insights Senior Manager, you will be the embedded analytics leader and strategic partner for our Global Enablement organization. You will be uniquely responsible for transforming raw data from GTM and enablement platforms into actionable insights that measure, optimize, and predict the effectiveness of our sales, solution engineering, and professional services teams. This role requires a unique blend of deep technical data skills, a thorough understanding of the B2B sales motion, and our internal learning ecosystem, as well as the executive presence to partner with senior leaders. You will be the expert on how we measure enablement impact, from new hire ramp time and program ROI to content effectiveness and its direct correlation with pipeline generation and sales velocity.
