The Opportunity

Adobe is seeking a high-impact Senior Manager of Enterprise Transformation to drive large-scale transformation initiatives that position our company for scaled and sustained growth. This role sits at the intersection of strategic leadership and operational conviction, with the opportunity to help define how our global enterprise business evolves.

The ideal candidate is ready to own end-to-end transformation as an operator invested in the outcome. They can move fluidly from first-principles problem-solving to operational planning. They structure executive-level recommendations and hold cross-functional teams accountable for delivery.

This leader will help build a "transformation muscle" in the larger company by regularly recognizing, applying, and documenting standard methodologies that guide our enterprise transformation playbook.

What You'll Do

  • Own transformation planning and design, including scope definition, workstream structuring, deliverables tracking, and definition and measurement of success criteria.

  • Drive rigorous cross-functional execution and delivery, ensuring accountability across teams while supporting and maintaining established governance frameworks.

  • Influence and guide key business partners: Lead through influence with teams and functions outside your direct reporting line. Act as a credible thought partner to senior executives, effectively representing transformation priorities.

  • Support program resource planning, budget, and resource management; manage third-party vendors and system-integrator partners

  • Enable organizational learning and capability building through identification and codification of patterns, frameworks, and practices

  • Coordinate with Change Management and Communications partners to ensure program achievements are sequenced with organizational readiness activities.

What you need to succeed

  • Engagement Manager or Project Lead-equivalent experience in strategy consulting highly preferred; alternatively, 8+ years in a high-impact internal strategy, transformation, or business operations role at a leading global company.

  • Demonstrated track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder transformations from problem definition through implementation - with clear accountability for business outcomes.

  • Outstanding communication and people management skills, with the ability to drive impact through influence.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including translating data into actionable insights.

  • Exposure to enterprise-scale transformation across multiple functional domains - including GTM, product, operations, and technology. Background in enterprise SaaS, technology, or digital transformation environments preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related area; equivalent experience will also be taken into account; MBA is a plus.
