Drive strategic partnerships and create innovative experiences that shape the future of AI events

We're looking for a dynamic Community Partnerships Manager to join our team and lead strategic partnership development for The AI Summit Series. Reporting to the Event Director, you'll be at the forefront of building industry relationships and developing cutting-edge event experiences that drive attendance and revenue growth.

This would be an ideal role for a face-to-face people person, from an account management, sales, PR or customer success background, with a keen interest in technology.

What You'll Do

Strategic Partnership Development

  • Research and identify high-value community partnerships for The AI Summit New Yorkand The AI Summit London
  • Build and maintain a robust network of strategic partnerships across both markets
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, ambassadors, and partners to enhance audience engagement and on-site customer experience

Experience Design & Innovation

  • Develop and pitch innovative expo show floor features that deliver exceptional value to our audience
  • Create community-led AI experiences through cutting-edge feature development
  • Source and secure premium partners and contributors to bring ambitious features to life
  • Lead project management for feature development, coordinating across teams to ensure successful monetization and execution

Stakeholder & Project Management

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including VIP, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success
  • Manage multiple partnerships and feature developments simultaneously while maintaining quality standards
  • Evaluate event performance and identify strategic improvement opportunities
  • Ensure all partnership initiatives align with our quality benchmarks

Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Conduct comprehensive research on AI market trends and evolving audience needs
  • Identify and analyze emerging AI technologies, trends, and industry applications
  • Transform data insights into actionable event strategy recommendations
  • Generate meaningful intelligence to enhance the relevance and impact of The AI Summit Series

The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $72,500 based on experience.
