Case Coordinator RALLEY FAMILY VISITATION PROG Full Time 86773BR Job Summary Case Coordinators apply the skills and knowledge required for trauma-informed human service delivery, professional visitation service provision, and program and health policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues related to the delivery of high-quality services at program capacity. Under the general supervision of the Site Supervisor, the position leads referral response, conducts and coordinates program intake and assessment, provides direct services to families, and supports accurate and timely recordkeeping for funding and case purposes. The position oversees shift operations in the absence of the Site Supervisor. May be obtaining hours for licensure or certification in a social work, behavioral health, or counseling field. In collaboration with the Family Courts of San Francisco, San Mateo, and Marin County, Rally delivers uniquely affordable and multilingual Center-based professional visitation services that keep kids and parents safe and connected during high-risk family system transitions. These include high conflict divorce, separation, or reunifications compounded by concerns about parent interaction, substance use, mental health, sexual abuse, domestic violence, and child abduction. Rally's mission is to promote the safety of children, the safety of adult victims of domestic violence, and equitable access to a neutral space where children in separated families can experience healthy relationships with both parents.
