Description
InterMetro Industries is seeking a Market Manager for our Commercial Products Sales Department. This position is responsible for achieving divisional sales and profit objectives through marketing program development and execution, and the coordination of product management, brand marketing, sales management and R&D personnel. Primary Responsibilities:
- marketing plans that will drive long term growth and profitability for the brand.
- Assists with development of strategies focused on generating and cultivating leads, enhancing dealer and rep relationships, and increasing sales efforts.
- Leads aspects of marketing campaigns including campaign strategy, planning, execution, communication, and tracking.
- Develops and maintains market size and shares financial models.
- Conducts research on channel needs, customer needs and competitive issues and offers recommendations on brand and product positioning.
- Oversees integration of PR, digital and social media strategies and initiatives that drive brand awareness and loyalty.
- Develops sales support materials, programs, e-blasts and tools to increase sales.
- Identifies new product opportunities and develops go-to-market strategies.
- Manages tradeshows, pre-show and post-show communication, and lead management.
- Supervises work of others, including planning, assigning and scheduling work, reviewing work and ensuring quality standards, training staff and overseeing their productivity. May offer recommendations for hiring, termination and pay adjustments, but does not have responsibility for making these decisions.
- Rep communication to ensure training of our products and understanding of product value propositions.
- Execute new product commercialization through rep channel.
- Possesses knowledge and understanding of the Code of Business Ethics.Contributes to a workplace environment that is conducive to the maintenance of the Code. Remains alert and sensitive to situations that could result in actions by an employee that are illegal, unethical, in violation of the Code or the policies and procedures that support the Code. Reports actual or perceived violations of the Code or Company policies and procedures for appropriate action.
- Ensures all current and new employees under his/her supervision are trained in the Code of Business Ethics, in its meaning and application. Periodically reviews the Code with employees under his/her supervision and ensures they attend the annual ethics refresher program. Maintains a workplace environment that encourages frank and open communication, free from fear of reprisal, concerning compliance with the Code.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field. Work Experience: 5 + years of experience in marketing What We offer!
