POSITION: Data Governance Analyst Position Summary: At Cambridge Savings Bank, our purpose is to have a positive impact on our customers, employees, and community's financial well-being. We are committed to exceeding expectations and having a strong commitment to diversity.The Data Governance Analyst will partner with the Data Analytics Manager and the rest of the Data Team to implement Data Governance policies throughout the organization. This will include partnering across all lines of business to build awareness and to enhance data quality throughout CSB. Key Result Areas: * Develop, document, and communicate Data Governance strategy and policy in a concise and clear way to different levels of stakeholders. * Lead and drive organizational change in Data Governance awareness and practices. * Project manage the Data Governance roadmap. Able to prioritize, set deliverables and timelines, and escalate as needed. * Own the data catalog, and curate end-to-end data lineage, utilizing a data management tool. Create reporting and metrics on around Data Governance progress. * Build out the data stewardship/data owner operating model, and collaborate with owners to develop definitions, processes/procedures, validation rules, and ensure data quality. Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of proven work experience with Data Governance, Data Management, and/or Analytics or prior experience implementing a Data Governance program preferably within a large financial institution or public company. * 1+ year experience with a data visualization tool (i.e., Tableau) and SQL. Able to understand data models and data taxonomy, with experience in data quality initiatives. * Self-driven with project management skills. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing; to work with large and small groups; with excellent organizational skills. * Knowledge and experience utilizing, maintaining and administrating market leading Data Governance software, such as Collibra, Talend, Purview, Atlan, Alation, Apache Atlas, Erwin, Precisely, Syniti. * Demonstrated understanding of Data Governance frameworks such as DAMA-DMBOK and understanding of best practices and standards for Data Governance and the impact that IT infrastructure/environments have on governance. Location: Hybrid/Waltham, MA Salary Range: $78,200 - $101,600 The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Cambridge Savings Bank ranges from $78,200 - $101,600. Cambridge Saving Bank will determine actual compensation for the role based on factors including, but not limited to, the successful candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
