As a Security Professional - Retail Patrol in Ammon, ID, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment at a bustling retail location. Your responsibilities include conducting regular patrols, staying visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and delivering excellent customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as instructed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail environment and surrounding perimeter to observe for suspicious activity and help to deter unauthorized behavior.
• Monitor entry and exit points, assisting with access control and helping to deter theft or other prohibited activities.
• Document and report any incidents, hazards, or unusual circumstances encountered during patrols to maintain accurate records.
• Assist with crowd management during peak hours or special events, supporting a welcoming and orderly environment.
• Collaborate with store management and other Allied Universal personnel as needed to address security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
