Management Consultant PMO UCSF Prog Mgmt Office Full Time 86748BR Job Summary UCSF's Enterprise Strategy & Transformation (EST) seeks an exceptional professional to join our highly skilled and engaged team providing internal consulting services to our dynamic, mission-driven institution. The Organizational Development Manager leads a team of consultants providing expert coaching, training, and consulting on Lean continuous improvement implementation, in addition to strategic planning, project management, and change management. The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $180,000- $240,000 (Annual Rate). The PMO prides itself on helping managers "put the pieces together" on projects that entail complex logistical, technological, process, and management factors. The PMO works with schools and central leaders and their department staff to implement both campus-wide and unit-specific operational improvements. Since its establishment in 2002, the PMO has been proud to provide high quality advice and assistance that supports campus leaders in achieving their goals. PMO Service Offerings: * Strategic Planning, Program Design, Project Scoping * Process Improvement and Implementation * Lean training coaching and implementation (Active Daily Engagement, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen workshops, A3 Thinking, True North) * Technology Systems Implementation (from Software Selection through System Go-Live) * Organizational Improvement * Project Management, Facilitation, and Change Management.
