Location Address: 123 Main St, Anycity, California 12345Work Shift: 8hr-1st Shift (United States of America) We are looking to add a Customer Service Representative to our team. This person can sit anywhere in the U.S. as long as it is close to one of our plants. This will be a hybrid role, onsite 2-3 days a week at one of our plants and will work PST hours. This person will respond to customer inquiries by telephone or e-mail to provide non-technical problem resolution. They will resolve routine and basic problems and communicates solution or requested information to the customer. They will analyze a customer's service needs and refer to other service or technical departments for follow up as needed. This representative may utilize a customer relationship application or database to record activities and research product information. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to the Customer Service Manager.This person can sit anywhere in the U.S. as long as it is close to one of our plants.
