Manchester Tankis seeking aSales Manager - Internationalto drive growth across ourLPG, refrigerant, air, and industrial tank product linesthroughout key global markets. The ideal candidate will live in one of the following Metro areas: Dallas, Washington DC, Atlanta, Minneapolis, or Chicago. This role is responsible forclosing sales, expanding market share, and strengthening customer relationshipswith distributors, marketers, and OEM partners in the propane and industrial sectors. The ideal candidate is ahands-on sales professionalwith strong closing skills, a deep understanding of industrial and LPG distribution networks, and the ability to manage high-volume, relationship-driven sales cycles. Because this role spans diverse markets and customer bases,multilingual communication skills(Spanish, French, Arabic, or other languages) are key to building stronger relationships and enhancing customer engagement across regions. This position requires significant international travel and a passion for building trusted partnerships across varied business and cultural environments. Roles & Responsibilities 
 - Proactively pursue and close new business opportunities across LPG and industrial product categories.
 - Manage all aspects of the sales cycle - from prospecting and lead qualification through negotiation and closing.
 - Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors, propane marketers, and industrial customers.
 - Maintain accurate and timely sales forecasts by account, product line, and geography.
 - Lead contract and pricing negotiations that drive profitable growth.
 - Ensure smooth onboarding and handoff of new customers to Commercial Operations.
 - Maintain detailed and up-to-date CRM records, tracking opportunities and market insights.
 - Conduct regular in-person and virtual customer meetings to present products and identify growth opportunities.
 - Execute Manchester Tank's commercial strategy within the assigned geography and industry.
 
 Qualifications
Education & Experience 
 - Bachelor's Degree in Business, or a related field preferred.
 - 3-5+ years of proven success inB2B or industrial sales, ideally inpropane (LPG), pressure vessel, or related manufacturing markets.
 - Multilingual abilities (Spanish, French, English, Arabic, etc.)to support international communication and customer relationships.
 - Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage a geographic or product-based territory.
 - Experience working with distributors and large national or regional propane marketers is highly valued.
 - Strong negotiation and closing skills with experience managing complex accounts.
 - CRM proficiency required (Salesforce or equivalent).
 - Knowledge ofDOT and ASME tank specificationsa plus.

Travel Considerations 
 - Must be based near a major international airport
 - High travel expectations for in-person customer visits, trade shows, and distributor meetings (80% minimuim)
 - Must have or be able to obtain a valid Passport for international travel
