As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned manufacturing and industrial locations to help create a secure environment for all personnel. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and delivering outstanding customer service and communication. This post requires driving as part of your patrol duties. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies and protocols, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support operations at the manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe any unusual conditions.
• Complete thorough and accurate reports regarding activities and incidents observed during patrols.
• Collaborate with client personnel and/or law enforcement as directed during incidents or emergencies.
• Monitor access points and visitor entry to help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential issues and provide assistance to employees, visitors, and contractors as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year of experience in armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military roles.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
