Job Summary


RelaDyne is seeking a Branch Manager to lead facility operations, associates, and business processes with a focus on excellence, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This position is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, driving sales growth, and maintaining a culture of accountability and safety. The Branch Manager provides hands-on leadership across operations, warehouse, sales, and customer service to achieve financial objectives, sustain customer loyalty, and support the company's continued growth.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities


Leadership & People Development



  • Build and lead a high-performing team that supports operational and sales excellence.


  • Recruit, train, and develop associates to achieve growth, performance, and succession readiness.


  • Communicate goals, expectations, and company direction regularly to all team members.


  • Provide effective coaching, motivation, and performance management to drive results.


  • Conduct annual performance evaluations and support professional development opportunities.


  • Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal laws, including labor, safety, and OSHA requirements.


Operational Excellence



  • Oversee daily operations to ensure process consistency, efficiency, and profitability.


  • Maintain all facilities, property, and equipment for professional appearance and safe operation.


  • Implement operational best practices to improve productivity, reduce losses, and maximize profits.


  • Monitor key performance indicators to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.


Warehouse & Distribution



  • Lead warehouse operations to ensure safety, accuracy, and efficiency.


  • Maintain compliance with all DOT and OSHA regulations.


  • Manage inventory control processes to ensure data integrity and optimal stock levels.


  • Oversee vehicle and equipment maintenance to ensure reliability and cost-effectiveness.


Sales & Business Development



  • Partner with regional and local sales teams to grow market share and improve customer retention.


  • Build customer relationships that strengthen loyalty and drive revenue growth.


  • Promote RelaDyne's brand through exceptional service and value-added solutions.


  • Achieve branch financial goals, including sales, profitability, and operating expense targets.


Other Responsibilities



  • Represent RelaDyne professionally in all internal and external interactions.


  • Attend regional, corporate, and industry meetings as required.


  • Support company programs, initiatives, and strategic objectives.


  • Maintain flexibility in work hours to meet business needs.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Strong leadership and people management skills.


  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.


  • Proven ability to analyze data and drive operational and financial performance.


  • Knowledge of inventory, logistics, and supply chain operations.


  • Customer service orientation with focus on relationship building and retention.


  • Proficiency in business systems and reporting tools.


  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and manage multiple priorities.


Requirements and Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.


  • Demonstrated experience in operations, logistics, warehouse management, or branch leadership.


  • Proven success managing budgets, performance metrics, and customer relationships.


  • Strong understanding of safety, compliance, and operational best practices.


  • Experience leading teams in industrial distribution, logistics, or service-based industries preferred.
