Job Description:
* Collaborates with production/operation to determine work needed to be performed
* Reads and interprets prints and drawings to facilitate the development of detailed job packages
* Piping design, Fabrication, QC & installation knowledge.
* Scaffold And Insulation estimating experience
* Formulate Job plans showing sequence of steps, man-hour requirement, manpower requirements, and any material and equipment needs
* Verify Job Plans in the field
* Assist in Turnaround scheduling
* Supports the TA planning and scheduling lead implementing the Turnaround Premise
* Clarification of Job Packages to Contractors when required
* Can work as a mechanical construction manager/coordinator

Skills and Qualifications of Candidate:
* Minimum - High School diploma or equivalent with 12 years working experience in an industrial manufacturing environment with TA experience; OR Minimum - Associates degree or equivalent with 7 years working experience in an industrial manufacturing environment with TA experience;
* 6 years experience in job planning for fixed / stationary equipment and/or piping.
* Demonstrated ability to read drawings including P&IDs, isometrics, schematics, etc.
* Effective written and oral communication skills
* Effective problem solving skills
* Demonstrated experience working in collaborative team environment
* Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
* Self -motivated, energetic, dependable, honest, and thorough.
* Proficient in computer skills (MS Office products)
* Knowledgeable with SAP and planning tools.
