ResponsibilitiesDesign Leadership: Lead the end-to-end creation of user-centered designs by incorporating user research insights, developing design concepts and delivering high-quality design artifacts (e.g., wireframes, interaction models, and detailed designs) that balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.Experience Vision: Establish and maintain a clear experience vision aligned with user needs, business objectives, and technical requirements, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.UX Storytelling: Leverage storytelling to convey the design vision and user journey, transforming complex ideas into compelling narratives that inspire stakeholders, align teams, and evoke empathy for user needs.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with researchers, product managers, engineers, business, and other stakeholders to align on UX goals, ensure implementation feasibility, and refine designs based on feedback.Design Consistency: Champion the adoption of design systems and standards to ensure consistency, cohesion, and brand alignment across products and experiences
