OverviewThe Agent Copilot Acceleration Experience (ACAX) team is looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape exceptional user experiences for enterprise-scale AI agent solutions that empower organizations and their people. ACAX is focused on creating employee experience agents, including Know Your Team (KYT), AI Learning Agent, and Employee Self-Service (ESS), all designed to transform the modern workplace experience.This role focuses on creating intuitive, impactful designs that balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints, while leveraging emerging technologies like AI and Copilot to deliver intelligent, adaptive experiences. You will define product requirements based on user insights, translate them into clear design solutions, and develop concepts that address both emotional and functional aspects of the experience. From end-to-end workflows to high-quality visual and interaction designs, you will ensure consistency and usability across every touchpoint. Collaboration is central to this role, as you work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to iterate quickly and deliver customer-focused outcomes. Research and feedback will guide your decisions as you continuously refine product experiences and design systems. You will also explore innovative concepts, partner with engineering and data teams to develop proofs of concept, and ensure AI-driven features are intuitive, ethical, and aligned with user needs.We value designers who thrive in collaborative environments and elevate team success through shared ideas and support. ResponsibilitiesDesign Excellence: Understand the behaviors, motivations, and needs of our customers to develop and deliver relevant and impactful experiences. In-depth understanding of Design Systems and how to deliver impactful experiences within those constraints.Cross-Functional Collaboration:You will interact with research, product managers, engineers, and executive stakeholders to define, iterate, and implement new and existing product features, ensuring alignment with business, technical, and user requirements. You will work with user researchers to coordinate testing efforts, interpret test results, and incorporate results into design efforts. Participate in and contribute to foundational research.Compelling Communication & Storytelling:Present design concepts and decisions tocross functional partnersand stakeholders, articulating design rationale clearly and effectively.Mentorship: Foster a culture of creativity and innovationthrough mentorship and collaboration with other designers. | |
