As a Security Professional - Campus Patrol in Kansas City, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Education, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within an educational environment, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing peace of mind for students, staff, and visitors. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, and deliver exceptional customer service while upholding our values of teamwork, integrity, and innovation. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations on campus in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the campus and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and support a secure environment for students, staff, and visitors.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits to help to deter unauthorized entry.
• Serve as a visible Allied Universal representative, offering guidance and assistance to all individuals at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
