Overview

Join CAES by Honeywell as the Senior Director of the Program Management Office (PMO) for Electromagnetic Defensive Solutions (EDS), a $900M business spanning 11 sites. EDS delivers advanced RADAR, EW, computing, and electronics solutions across land, sea, air, and space for U.S. and international defense.

As a senior EDS leadership team member, you will drive revenue growth by enhancing program management processes, tools, resources, and training. You will lead a cross-functional matrix team, ensuring program execution and financial performance across EDS Gold Business Enterprises.

You will be accountable for program execution, cost control, schedule fidelity, milestone obtainment, operational execution and all leadership and people elements of the EDS PMO while supporting achievement of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and long-term Strategic Plan (STRAP).

This role reports to the President of EDS, with a matrix relationship to the VP of PMO for Honeywell Aerospace. Location is flexible across Honeywell Aerospace sites.


Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Establish and lead a robust Management Operating System (MOS) to align strategy and ensure consistent delivery.
  • Drive cost and schedule performance across the EDS portfolio to meet Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets.
  • Build and develop a high-performing PMO organization to support short- and long-term growth.
  • Collaborate across EDS and Honeywell business units to influence outcomes and share best practices.
  • Continuously assess and improve PMO effectiveness, productivity, and efficiency.
  • Develop strong talent pipelines and succession plans for program management roles.
  • Foster a high-performance, engaging, and accountable culture.

Qualifications

HOW TO SUCCEED

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business.
  • 10+ years of experience in program management or technology/product development in relevant domains.
  • 7+ years leading large-scale, global program teams.
  • This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by
    US export law. In order to be eligible for this position, you must be a "US Person" under US export
    laws (or eligible for approval under a U.S. Government export license).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Salary Range: Sr. Director - EDS - Program Management Office: $215,200-322,800 annually. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base bay. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate. CAES provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, 401K, paid holidays and vacation.
