What you'll do:



  • Drive multiple concurrent projects across CSO teams with minimal supervision, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timely execution.
  • Collaborate with CSO leadership to maintain consistent project strategies and contribute to planning efforts that advance organizational priorities.
  • Act as a liaison between CSO and other departments to ensure effective coordination, communication, and progress on shared initiatives.
  • Contribute to identifying strategic opportunities by leveraging customer feedback and operational trends to inform decisions and improve outcomes.
  • Partner with leadership and colleagues to continuously evaluate and improve internal processes and procedures, maintaining documentation to support scalability and knowledge sharing.
  • Develop and implement change management plans, including communication, training, and sponsorship strategies, to support adoption and success of initiatives.
  • Provide clear, timely updates and tailored communications to project teams, internal stakeholders, and leadership.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and administrative tasks that support CSO leadership and broader customer success initiatives.


What you'll need:



  • Bachelor's degree in business or project management preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, or enablement roles
  • The ability to learn and assimilate new information quickly, successfully manage change, and employ a high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to form strong, cross-functional partnerships internally and externally to achieve results
  • Flexibility to adjust to a dynamic work environment and ability to contribute to growing and improving team processes
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work within fixed deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to collaborate with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds
  • Strong ability to organize and work self-sufficiently
  • Experience working with Salesforce and/or Project Management software is a plus
