What You'll Do:

As an Engineering Co-Op at our Cheyenne Wyoming chemical plant, you will gain hands-on experience working alongside engineers and the operations teams to collect, analyze, and interpret technical data that drives process safety, quality, and operational performance.

  • Collect and organize process data from production systems, equipment logs, and field measurements

  • Assist engineers with process monitoring, performance trending, and reporting
  • Support development of data-driven process improvement initiatives
  • Conduct rounds on production units to gather equipment and operating data
  • Learn industry-standard engineering documentation and technical reporting

What We're Looking For:

  • Junior level standing pursuing Bachelors degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Controls, Electrical, or similar Engineering Field.
  • Ability to obtain a TWIC Card
  • Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a team player.

Duration: 10 - 12 weeks

  • Provide mining and engineering knowledge in order to define your skill set

  • Assigned a dedicated mentor to provide you with valuable coaching and feedback to ensure you are reaching your goals
