Non-CDL Delivery Driver

Staffmark Drivers is seeking new talent in Frederick, MD, and hiring experienced Non-CDL Delivery Drivers to join our team! This is a home-daily position offering steady work, a flexible schedule, and the opportunity to be part of exciting events like weddings, parties, and festivals.

Pay: $25/hour

Schedule: Must be flexible to work evenings and weekends

Employment Type: Temp-to-hire for the right candidate; most positions are seasonal

Job Details:

• Local, home-daily routes - drivers load event equipment, transport to the venue, assist with setup, then return items to the warehouse after teardown
• Touch freight role | Hauling tents, tables, chairs, and other event equipment
• Operate a 26-foot box truck safely and efficiently
• Lift and move items up to 75 lbs throughout the shift

Job Duties:

• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain safety standards
• Load, unload, and deliver event equipment to venues and festivals
• Assist with setup and teardown of rental equipment, including tent assembly
• Follow diagrams and layouts to ensure proper installation and removal
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any issues promptly
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and customers
• Represent Staffmark and our clients with professionalism and great customer service

Required Qualifications:

• Experience operating 22-26 ft. box trucks with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Acceptable MVR and ability to pass all pre-employment screenings
• Regular Staffmark standards apply for non-CDL driving positions
