Warehouse/Yard Associate - 2nd Shift (1 PM - 9 PM, Mon-Fri)

Location: Neenah, WI
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM-9:00 PM (occasional Saturday overtime)

Starting Pay: $22.69/hour

What You'll Do

As a Warehouse/Yard Associate, you'll help keep our products moving safely and efficiently so we can continue supporting caregivers and protecting patients around the world.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Working safely and helping create a safe environment for everyone.
• Picking and processing customer orders accurately using RF scanners.
• Receiving, moving, and storing materials throughout the warehouse.
• Spotting and handling damaged goods and repack items.
• Building pallets and preparing shipments for delivery.
• Operating forklifts and pallet jacks (manual or electric).
• Using basic computer systems to complete tasks and solve small tech issues.
• Keeping your work area clean and organized.
• Being a positive, respectful team player who lives our TIDI values.

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse or material handling experience is great, but not required - we'll train you!
• Ability to read labels, follow directions, and stay organized.
• Comfortable using a forklift or pallet jack (experience a plus!).
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.
• A good attitude, strong work ethic, and team mindset.
