The Associate Talent Team at Morgan Lewis is committed to fostering associate success by facilitating best-in-class attorney recruiting, coaching, and professional development programs. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Associate Talent, this position executes, coordinates, and continuously improves associate talent programs, initiatives, and offerings across the globe. A collaborative self-starter with outstanding attention to detail and interpersonal skills, the Associate Talent Coordinator position provides the opportunity for an experienced professional to closely support the Associate Talent Team across a range of department functions and interface with firm leadership on firmwide talent efforts that advance our commitment to making Morgan Lewis a destination firm for exceptional associate talent. This position can be located in Washington DC, Philadelphia, or Boston and a hybrid in-office/remote working schedule is available. Key Responsibilities

The final salary or hourly wages offered may be outside of this range based on other reasons and individual circumstances. Additionally, salary or hourly wages may be only part of the total compensation package. The total compensation package for this position may also include a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
