Corporate Talent Acquisition Manager

Summary

This position will research, develop, and implement effective and efficient recruiting and staffing strategies to attract and onboard a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of talent acquisition and onboarding processes
• Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization, including coordinating a career fair campaign, managing the job posting and advertisement processes.
• Develops, implements, manages, administers, and coordinates the selection process, schedules interviews and assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with the key stakeholders.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.

Education and/or Experience

The position requires a Bachelor's Degree or equivalency and 5 years of progressive experience in the recruitment and onboarding of employees, along with successful experience in the development and implementation of talent acquisition strategies.

• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Understands the importance of creating a single voice for the organization across all media
• Ability to speak, read and write Spanish and English is desired
• Works effectively in a team environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail
• PC skills to include: MS Office software, such as Excel and Word, and ability to learn other systems as needed

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; talk or hear; and use hands to finger, handle, or touch objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. On occasion the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders.

The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment

The position will work remotely and travel regularly to various recruiting sites.
