The Director of Outlets is responsible for overseeing the entire operation of restaurants and bars. The goal is maximizing food and beverage revenue; selecting, training, and developing team members; establishing and maintaining quality product and service levels while maximizing profits; forecasting and budgeting. Ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards and liquor laws. Keeps high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and marketing to maximize profits and insure outstanding customer service.

Here is what you will be doing each day:



  • Responsible for short and long-term planning of Outlets
  • Ensure effective hiring, training, development, promotion and continuous reinforcement of all staff
  • Lead and coach the team towards achieving exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction results
  • Full understanding of Associate engagement and accountability
  • Assist with the development and implementation of creative strategies for revenue enhancement and cost containment, labor controls, etc.
  • Assist in the development and recommendations of the budget, marketing plans and objectives. Manage within those approved plans.
  • Plan, coordinate & manage special events and holiday functions
  • Maintenance of inventories for all outlets by proper forecasting and purchasing
  • Assist food & beverage managers and chefs in refinement of successful daily menu specials
  • Ensure consistent maintenance of food & beverage policies and procedures
  • Review all purchase requests of managers prior to submitting to the Director of Food and Beverage
  • Participates with the Executive Chef, Restaurant Manager and Accounting on the inventory process
  • Ensures adherence to cashier reconciliation of all over/short, missing checks, comp checks and other related cashier reporting and accountability procedures


Does this sound like you?



  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position in a full-service hotel restaurant
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to include a varied schedule, weekends and holidays
  • A true desire to understand and anticipate the needs of others in a fast-paced multi-Outlet environment
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be proficient in general computer knowledge, including a working knowledge of point of sale systems
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Possess proven leadership skills
  • Strong food and beverage knowledge. Beverage knowledge should include wine, spirits and beer
  • Hotel experience with operating multiple Outlets and Bars and a thorough understanding of restaurant service
  • Food Manager Certification
