Candidate Overview:
The ideal candidate is highly organized, skilled at prioritizing tasks, and thrives in a deadline-driven environment. Strong time management and communication abilities are essential, with a focus on executing projects and timelines efficiently.
Salary range: $54,000.00 - $60,000.00
Responsibilities:
  • Follow Medscape's processes and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Partner with Project Management and other departments to develop a full understanding of Medscape's project workflow.
  • Create, manage, and update project timelines in Workfront, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of progress.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage timelines, assets, and client deliverables, participating in kickoff, requirements, review, and prelaunch meetings.
  • Use Workfront dashboards to monitor progress and follow up on incomplete tasks or delays.
  • Communicate potential project issues or timeline changes to senior team members and adjust schedules as needed.
  • Ensure client priorities and expectations are clearly communicated across internal teams.
  • Focus on delivering high-quality, error-free client deliverables that support on-time launches and revenue goals.
  • Conduct regular audits of project folders and maintain server organization.
  • Provide coverage for team members during out-of-office periods to ensure continuity of project timelines and deliverables.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Background or exposure in digital advertising, agency, healthcare, or project management.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools like Workfront.
  • Familiarity with marketing creative workflows; pharma industry or MLR experience a plus.
