Summary of Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Streck Executive team.



Essential Duties and Functions:



  1. Provide administrative support services to Streck Executive team and Senior Executive Assistant.
  2. Facilitate errands for daily business needs and special events as assigned.
  3. Assist with travel arrangements and hotel payment for all employees as assigned.
  4. Keep the following locations stocked and clean: Executive kitchen, Board Room, R&D kitchen, and R&D Copy Room.
  5. Assist with onboarding and offboarding tasks for new a departing employees.
  6. Reconcile credit card charges for team and Executives as assigned.
  7. Complete other administrative duties as necessary, including making phone calls, completing routine filing, preparing documents, and other projects.
  8. Other duties as assigned by management.



Position Requirements:



  • High School diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business preferred.
  • Two to five years of administrative experience required.
  • Must have a valid driver's license



Technical Competencies



  • Must demonstrate advanced proficiency using Microsoft Office applications and Office 365.
  • Must have advanced level of technology knowledge and understanding.
  • Familiarity with contract and expense management software is preferred.



Work Environment/Travel Demands:

The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions (as in typical office or administrative work). Travel demands for this position are estimated up to 5%. If travel is required, this travel may include customer visits, events/trade shows, and completion of presentations primarily throughout Domestic US or International regions. Employees must comply with all travel recommendations regarding "safe travel" according to company policies and guidelines, and all federal, state, local, and international orders.

Physical and Mental Demands:

Light work exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 5 pounds of force constantly to move objects. This also includes standing for up to two and a half hours consecutively, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, reaching, stooping, fingering, and grasping. Expressing and receiving detailed information through written and oral communication. Also has an ability to make sound, appropriate, and prompt decisions within the guidelines of the role.
