The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is accountable for assisting the Talent Acquisition team with the full-cycle recruitment of candidates to meet current and future staffing needs for our organization's business segments. This role will also be responsible for assisting with administrative support including but not limited to candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling/coordination, administering assessments, the temporary resource process, internal transfer coordination and activities involving the employee selection process.
Our Talent Acquisition Team:
- Provides support to the Talent Acquisition team on all recruiting and candidate selection activities.
- Coordinate all stages of the interview process, including scheduling, communication and logistics for candidates and interview teams.
- Manage applicant tracking system data integrity, posting jobs, tracking candidates and generating/updating reports.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience. Ongoing process improvement by identifying efficiencies and assisting in standardizing recruiting operations.
- Enhance social media presence through various job boards and pulling monthly and quarterly metrics from resource tools.
- Coordinate and organize career events, job fairs, information sessions, and community or campus outreach.
- Clearly and accurately communicate the company's employee value proposition to potential candidates while complying with all applicable policies, practices, processes.
- Ensure all positions are posted internally in accordance with TTI policy and coordination of internal transfers and promotions.
- Assist with temporary staffing and contingent workforce coordination, including communication with staffing agencies and tracking assignment details.
- Provide support of the Business Development group and the TTI Graduate & Intern program recruiting initiatives by assisting with all program planning and activities.
- Utilize and diligently document recruiting activity in the TTI Applicant Tracking System (UKG) by entering job opportunities and adequately tracking and dispositioning applicants.
- Assists with Talent Acquisition reporting.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments as needed to assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
- Other duties, special programs, and/or projects as assigned.
Education and Requirements:
High school diploma or GED is required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Three to five years of related experience in Talent Acquisition.
