Sourcing Analyst, Direct Ingredients/Commodities

Your Opportunity as the Sourcing Analyst, Direct Ingredients/ Commodities

This position will serve primarily as a support role for the Directs Ingredient group with sourcing responsibilities. It is necessary for this role to assist in supply chain issues, contract administration, and deliver key reports to the team. The role will also manage existing supplier relations.

Location: Orrville, Corporate Offices

Work Arrangements: Hybrid - onsite a minimum of 9 days a month primarily during core weeks as determined by the Company; maybe more as business need requires

In this role you will:

• Provide analytical and system support for Direct Ingredient/Commodity Buyers

• Logistics support for ingredients/commodities

• Resolve invoice issues and discrepancies

• Update and maintain the ingredient/commodity pricing for all assigned categories

• Support in the resolution of raw material supply chain issues

• Implement physical buying strategies and negotiate contracts for select categories

What we are looking for:

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree

• At least 1 year of supply chain support experience, preferable in CPG industry

• Knowledge and understanding of raw materials markets

• Expertise and understanding of agricultural/energy production

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Adept at problem solving, detail oriented

• Results driven and self-motivated

• Ability to prioritize and work efficiently in a high demand, fast-paced environment

• Ability to execute against strategic plans and objectives
